Suntron offers Class II and III PCB assembly, complex electro-mechanical system integration and other manufacturing services for cost-effective high or low mix, at low to medium volume production. With more than 240,000 square feet of manufacturing space—located in three full production and two quick-turn prototype facilities—Suntron can accommodate production programs from single boards up to capital equipment, including large-scale, complex electromechanical integrations and test.

Dedicated to rigorous quality control, Suntron production facilities have achieved certification in a wide variety of aerospace, defense and medical quality standards. Suntron utilizes parallel processing and set-up reduction techniques to reduce overall production costs for high mix manufacture. The company also employs Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma (Lean Sigma) processes to continuously improve quality and reliability, while reducing variability and unit cost.

Suntron offers high reliability production capabilities for PCBA, Box Builds, Cable & Harness and Large-Scale System Integration at domestic and low cost facilities in Northern Mexico.
