Direct Order Fulfillment [DOF]

Suntron offers direct order fulfillment services to end customers with complete product traceability and records retention. Delivery schedules are digitally integrated into Suntron’s MRP system. Customers can track delivery schedules online, while Suntron insures predictable and measurable order fulfillment. Suntron has implemented processes to issue required government forms, manage multiple shipping addresses and satisfy special packaging and labeling requirements.

Kanban Replenishment

Suntron works closely with its customers to implement a Kanban replenishment system. This insures continuous production up-time, lower manufacturing and inventory costs, and minimizes the risk of manufacturing disruption. Kanban replenishment is fully integrated into the company’s systems for optimal management control.

Third Party Logistics (3PL)

Suntron can support daily and multiple-per-day delivery schedules using third party warehousing and transportation resources to meet customer production schedules and inventory control requirements.

Repair Depot

Suntron offers complete repair capabilities, including warranty and out-of-warranty repairs, aftermarket, replacement and upgrade services.
