Paul Singh - President and Chief Executive Officer Paul Singh has served as Suntron Chief Executive Officer and President since May 2005 and as a director since June 2005. From July 2004 to May 2005, Mr. Singh was Vice President in charge of our largest manufacturing facility in Sugar Land, Texas. From 1995 until 2003, Mr. Singh was with Pemstar, Inc., an electronic manufacturing services (EMS) company, where he served on the board for five years and held various senior executive positions, including Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President - International Operations. From 1979 to 1995, Mr. Singh held senior management positions in major corporations such as Microsoft and IBM. Mr. Singh has been actively involved in community and professional societies. Mr. Singh holds a BE Mechanical Engineering from Osmania University, in India, and a MS in Industrial Engineering and Management from Oklahoma State University.

Tom Sabol - Chief Financial Officer and Director Tom Sabol joined Suntron as Chief Financial Officer in February 2006 and has served on our Board of Directors since July 2004. Tom has over twenty years of financial and operational experience including eight years in the EMS industry with Plexus Corp. where he served as Chief Financial Officer from 1996 to 2002 and Chief Operating Officer from 2002 to 2003. Tom was most recently Chief Financial Officer at Wolverine Tube, Inc. Additionally, he was employed by Kemper Corporation as Vice President and General Auditor and previously was with the public accounting firm Coopers Lybrand. Tom holds a B.A. in Accounting from Marquette University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Jim Cogan - Vice President of Operations - NMO, NWO, and Corporate Contracts James Cogan joined Suntron in October 2004 as the General Manager of the Sugar Land (GCO) Plant and in April 2005 was promoted to the position of Vice President and General Manager of the GCO location. In November 2005 he was promoted to a Corporate Vice President in charge of Operations Planning, with the General Manager responsibility for the plant in Mexico and in Newberg, Oregon. Prior to Suntron, Mr. Cogan was with Pemstar from 2000 to 2004 as Vice President and General Manager of the San Jose, California location. From 1996 to 2000 Mr. Cogan held positions as President, VP Global Operations and VP & GM in a Contract Manufacturing companies where he was responsible for turn around activities resulting in improved profitability and management of 9 plants in the US, Mexico and Asia. Prior to this Mr. Cogan was COO and Senior VP of Operations for General Parametrics Corporation, a manufacturer of business presentation systems from 1985 to 1996. Mr. Cogan holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and a MS in Management from George Washington University.

Mike Churchill - Vice President of Operations - NEE, NEX, NED, SWE and SWO Mike Churchill has served as Suntron's Vice President of Operations for the Northeast and Phoenix operations since October 2005. From Dec 1998 to his current position, Mr. Churchill has held positions as Director of Programs, Plant Manager, and General Manager/ at Suntron. Prior to joining Suntron, he held a variety of engineering and management positions at SCI, II Morrow, and Itron. He holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Washington State University.

Suresh Chohan - Vice President of Materials Suresh Chohan assumed Vice President of Materials position at Suntron effective September 2005. Mr. Chohan has extensive diversified experience at OEMs and in the EMS Industry, specializing both in Strategic and Operational Materials. Prior to coming to Suntron in October 2004 as Materials Director at our Gulf Coast Operations, Mr. Chohan has served as Director of Materials at leading companies in the Silicon Valley such as Continuum Electro Optics, a subsidiary of Hoya Corporation, Solectron Corporation, and Sanmina Corporation. Suresh has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and has served on the Board of Santa Clara Valley Chapter of APICS.

Brian Throneberry - Vice President of Sales and Marketing Brian Throneberry joined Suntron as Vice President of Sales and Marketing in June 2007. Mr. Throneberry has over twenty five years of experience in the EMS Industry in Business Development, Project Management and Operations working for Multi-location companies. Mr. Throneberry has experience in servicing domestic and international accounts in various markets for EMS companies as well as managing a Worldwide Sales organization. Mr. Throneberry has held senior executive positions for foreign companies in Asia as well as domestic companies such as Teledyne, Unisys, and Avex Electronics. Mr. Throneberry holds a BA in Aerospace Management from Middle Tennessee State University.
